About Us

Paradigm ADR Solutions was started in 2019 by neutrals in the Central Valley to serve the Central Valley. 

Prior to Paradigm’s creation, neutrals in the Central Valley were generally either attorneys who practiced as sole practitioners or “of counsel” with larger firms, or were affiliated with a larger provider with offices in Southern or Northern California, but without a panel dedicated to the Central Valley. 

 

The out of town neutrals thus were not familiar with the lawyers and judges throughout this diverse region.  Moreover, while there were generalists in mediation, few had the background or experience to aid in resolving disputes that businesses and their owners would regularly face.
