Paradigm ADR (Arbritation and mediation Solutions) was started in 2019 by a group of ADR practitioners from the Central Valley who lacked access to a panel of skilled practitioners familiar with the Central Valley, the judges, and the attorneys throughout this very diverse region.  

 

Moreover, those individual practitioners throughout the region lack a centralized platform from which practicing attorneys can review resumes and fit experience and qualifications to particular cases. Paradigm ADR Solutions offers such a platform to ADR practitioners and practicing attorneys.
